a life saver

I'm not trying to sound dramatic but I stumbled across a product that is a life saver. I know what you're thinking, how can one little product be a lifesaver? Well, this product is and I'm about to tell you why. If you're like me, you have normal skin but sometimes the worst breakouts attack your face and no matter what you do, those spots are here to stay. No amount of product will evict them. Over the course of the last month or so, maybe two months really, my skin has been atrocious. Normally, my skin is very good, clear with the occasional couple of spots when I'm stressed. But this, this has been my forehead covered in tiny little spots that you can't squeeze because you just end up making your head bleed in like ten places. This cam with bigger spots, mainly in my hairline and at the top of my forehead, occasionally on my cheeks and nose. I've tried so many different products and resisted squeezing as much as possible but it's hard when you want to look good and your face hates you.

So, I was in London the other weekend (Saturday 9th September) catching up with my best friends from University and decided, while I was waiting for my train, to pop into the Lush at Victoria Station. I wanted to have a little looky but also pick something up for my little sister - I've turned her into a Lushie, help. I picked up two bath bombs, one for each sister, and wanted something for myself. I have enough bath bombs to last me for a while. So, I took to the skincare section and stumbled across a Tea Tree Water.

According to the bottle, you can use this as a toner by spraying it onto a cotton bud or just spray onto your face and let your skin absorb it. I decided the latter was a better option, I'm digging the toner I've got at the moment. I have used this as a toner but just prefer to spray my face a couple of times. It absorbs super fast and it's so refreshing. It smells like tea tree but it's not at all overpowering. It's soft and gentle and well, to repeat myself, refreshing. I use this by doing my usual skincare regime and spray this after my moisturising milk and toner before I put my moisturizer on. It sinks into the skin in seconds and the difference is outstanding.

I've been using this for just over a week now and honestly, my skin has cleared up so much. I feel so much better and confident within myself now my face isn't littered in spots. Yes, I still get spots but this has made a dramatic impact on them and my skin in general. I got the 100g bottle for £4.95 and I already know when I've run out, I will be purchasing the larger bottle (250g for £9.0). I think this product is definitely worth the money. I would recommend this to anybody that has oily or spot prone skin or even if you're only a stress spot person (like me) I would suggest you head to your local lush. If you need more information, the employees at Lush will tell you everything you need to know.

I'm never as happy as I am with clear skin, here's a selfie to prove it.

As ever, thank you for visiting my blog and reading my post. I appreciate it more than you know.
