May the force be with you
On the subject of the gym, I've been three times this week and I feel great. It's hard getting back into the swing of things after not exercising for so long but I already feel better for adding it to my routine and can't wait to see and feel the difference. I even went this morning at 8:30am which is dedication at it's finest. My legs still feel like jelly but it was a tough workout and I'm proud of myself.
